Description

Rejuvenating Tao Yoga for Women seminar

 Saturday 4th October from 2pm - 5.30pm

This afternoon, we'll immerse ourselves in Rejuvenation Tao Yoga (= Qigong) for Women.
This seminar introduces you to the Healing Art of Women's Qigong through movement, standing, and sitting postures.

The mindful nature of Tao Yoga can help women connect with their bodies on a deeper level, fostering a sense of empowerment and self-love.

This course is suitable for women who are new to Tao Yoga as well as those who have already attended a Qigong course.

The introduction and practices are:

  • Anti aging Techniques for Women - rejuvenation from the inside out
  • Nourish the Heart - The heart is a woman's emotional center. This practice releases tension and allows the heart to bloom like a flower
  • Tao Yoga for Breast Health - can help to prevent breast cancer
  • Women's Qigong Centering - guides into healing stillness
  • Balance the Hormones - Healthy menstrual cycles or balanced menopause
  • Dragon Wing Qigong - is an invigorating sequence of movements to open the meridians and our energy flow
