Description

Dragon Pearl Qigong and the Inner Smile

Movement, Attentiveness, and Ancient Wisdom Tradition

In Spring when the sap in nature is rising and energy expands, with the Dragon Pearl Qigong we increase tendon strength and elasticity, and make them more resilient.

In Tao Qigong, Spring is associated with the liver, gall bladder, the tendons and the "windows" are the eyes.
The movements of the exercises you learn are performed in a soft, flowing rhythm, which can improve breathing, blood circulation and vitality.

Tendons, fascia, ligaments and muscles are massaged and breathing becomes deeper.

The Inner Smile - By making a connection with the major glands in our brain, we are able to energize this area within seconds, and expand healing energy throughout the body, reaching each body cell to effect rapid change. The Inner Smile is the opening key to communicate with ourselves through feelings. This ancient practice is "Stillness Qigong", sitting on a chair. Advanced options is to combine it with "Embracing the Tree".

The movements of Dragon Pearl Qigong combined with the Inner Smile open the body for the natural, free and continuous flow of energy, our life-force.
Stillness appears and healing can take place …

Seasonal Qigong practices are a wonderful way to connect deeply with nature, our surroundings, and ourselves. When we are tuned in with nature, it is easy for our body and immune system to adjust to changes, like temperatures, weather, and energy. We stay flexible and so can act appropriately in new situations.
