
The Yoga Fitness workout course is on Fridays at 11am
One hour fitness workout with elements from Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates, Dance and Qigong
🌿 Starting with movements of Tai Chi to warm up and bring you into your body.
🌿 Continue with Yoga and Qigong to open up, balance and strengthen the body, including hips and joints.
🌿 With Pilates we tone the key muscle groups.
🌿 We finish with a relaxation practice.

Pilates is a low-impact exercise discipline that is fantastic for strengthening muscles, promoting movement control, and building endurance.
This is for Beginners as well as experienced students.
When you haven't done any exercises for a while, it mostly takes 3 sessions to get used to the pace.
Venue: Oxford Jaycee Hall. You can start anytime.
