What is the difference between Qigong and Tai Chi?

Tai Chi is a branch of Qigong. In this course, you will also learn Tai Chi movements. Qigong also offers deep breathing exercises and practices while sitting on a chair.
Learn Qigong in sitting, standing, and moving postures. The movements are repetitive, which makes learning easier.

Qigong/ Tai Chi Breath:
Breathing well is vitally important to your health. The oxygen in your
blood powers your metabolism, circulation and your ability to heal.
Qigong/Tai Chi Breathing gets rid
of carbon dioxide and increases the usable oxygen that you inhale.
