All classes are open for bookings. Feel free to join anytime.
No classes on public holidays.

* By registering for the 8-week course, you will receive access to video clips and instructional videos on Qigong with Gabrielle. The video clips demonstrate the exercises we practiced in class. This can motivate you to practice at home and will help you if you happen to miss a session.

Qigong is an art of gentle exercise composed of movements or stillness of inward centering.
Through the natural, unrestricted postures the meridians or energy channels open more, so the life force "Qi" can circulate freely and increase. 

This is the basis of vitality, health and joy of life. With daily practice your body will become more supple, conscious and your movements graceful.

Qigong is an ancient healing art that effectively enhances and refines the body's energy, balancing emotions and the mind.
