One hour fitness workout with elements from Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates and Qigong
Starting with movements of Tai Chi to warm up and to bring you into your body.
Continue with Yoga and Qigong to open up, balance and strengthen the body, including hips and joints.
With Pilates we tone the key muscle groups.
And we finish with a relaxation practice.

Pilates is a low-impact exercise discipline that is fantastic for strengthening muscles, promoting movement control, and building endurance.
This is for Beginners as well as experienced students.
When you haven't done any exercises for a while, it mostly takes 3 sessions to get used to the pace.

This is a beautiful workout/gym class: They help to leave you feeling long and strong, calm and centred. With music to chill out during the whole time.
For all fitness levels - I will offer modified, as well as advanced options
