What is Tao Yoga? This style of yoga features postures similar to those of Hatha Yoga. It is also influenced by acupuncture, which involves opening acupuncture points through breathing and awareness to promote health and increase vitality.

What is Qigong? It's similar to Tai Chi, but easier to learn.
Qigong is a gentle art form that combines movement and stillness to centre oneself.
Through natural, unobstructed postures, the meridians, the energy channels, open, allowing the life force "Qi" to circulate and increase freely.

This is the foundation for vitality, health, and joy in life. With daily practice, your body will become more supple, more aware, and your movements more graceful.
