In the Inner Alchemy & Qigong retreat dive deep into the world of Qigong. Let the transformational practices get absorbed into your body and mind.
on Thursday 16 November at 6pm until Tuesday 21 November 3pm
Have a time-out, re-treat from your daily life, and replenish your energy. Experience days of vitality, healing, and meditation in the stillness of the surrounding native forest. Our goal is to make the essence of Taoism tangible in all aspects and to provide an inner space for stillness, integration and personal and spiritual growth during these six days.
The theme is the vitalization and strengthening of one's own center combined with the practices of inner alchemy - an extremely effective method for healing, well-being, inner strength, and tapping the undreamt-of potential.
Body and breathing exercises, quiet meditation, and exploration of our own healing, innate ability round off every day.
The "Inner Alchemy" Qigong practices and meditations support contentedness and joy in our lives.
Clarity and reflection, which can give deep insights into one's life are described by participants from previous retreats as the outcome of attending the "Inner Alchemy of Qigong". Giving the process time and staying for a few days can give us a deeper, intimate connection in our hearts.
The three ingredients: Clarity, reflection, and a blossoming heart are the steps to being able to change how we live our lives for the better.

Opposing energies are merged through this ancient practice. These two energies are fused in the "Central Channel" to create a harmonious and high-frequency energy in the form of a subtle haze, the “Inner Steam”.
That the cauldron moves is not a practice, it's the result of our actions. In this retreat we explore and prepare the transformation ...
