We combine the movements with vibrational Qigong and colours.- Bone Marrow Nei Kung cleanses the bone marrow and uses internal power to improve blood quality and add vitality. Poor nutrition, sugar and acidifying foods can be the cause of bone marrow reduction and loss of vitality.
