Sexual energy is like water. Joy and love from the heart is like fire. The sexual energy has the tendency to flow down, which means lack of energy, the heart energy has the tendency to rise up. The Taoist healing love practices combines both together, and let them flow into the Micro Cosmic Orbit, into glands and organs for healing and balancing. There are practices for the individual and for couples. In partnership they strenghthen the connection between body, mind and spirit and for your own self love.
