Experience an hour workout for your whole being. Exercise and tone your muscles and core. Stretch ligaments and tendons. Breath deeply and bring oxygen into your system. Recharge your batteries and rejuvenate your body cells with practices in motion and on a yoga mat. Feel refreshed and relaxed at the same time. The class "BODY FITNESS - TAOMOTION" is a combination of Yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi, Qigong and "work on your core" for now-a-day needs. Next classes will start in June 2013. Private tuition is available.
Gabrielle has 10 years experience in teaching various classes in Fitness centers. She taught the classes: "Body Art" & "Fit with Tai Chi" in Fitness Studio SPORTSUP, Wiesbaden, "Mental Balance" in Lady Fitness BIANCHI, Wiesbaden and "Tai Chi" & "Fit for Fun" in Sportsclub OPTIMUM, Westerwald. The classes always offer beginner and advanced options.
