Wishing you a great start into 2013
Dear friend of the Dao. 2012 is gone. It was a very busy and transforming year. Flexibility and trust have been very good and dear companions. With openness for unlimited possibilities and lightness in our heart our inner balance will stay with us :)
There is this ancient Chinese quote : "When the winds of change blow, some people build walls and other build windmills."

Spring Greetings
One reason, why I have chosen to live in New Zealand is the beautiful, untouched nature. Just being in the mountains, at the seaside or in the native woods is so healing. Just sitting under a tree or listen to the sound of the waves can connect us with the "real truth of life"
In October I walked 4 days with friends on the Coastal track. We walked through bush with breathtaking views to the mountains covered with snow and watching dolphins in the sea.
Every evening it was wonderful to take off the shoes and rest in front of a fire. I am looking forward to do this again. This might call you: Spend a day in nature, best on your own. No schedule. Cheers & Smiles, Gabrielle

The Yang Water Dragon Year

- Like the energy of a dragon through the air; copyright Jane English
Between the 23rd January and the 5th of February slowly the vibration of energy shifts from the Yin Metal Rabbit into the Yang Water Dragon Year!
The Yang Qi (energy) of this time has transformative potential. And the water element gives us the advice to focus on the "Here and Now". Don't drift too far in the future or spend too much time in the past, you might miss, what is going on right now. In the practice of Qigong & Taiji it offers easy access of fruitful harvesting in the "Doing nothing-part" of the exercises - the part after our exercises. The Qi of the Dragon creates great change as it winds through space and time.
When something doesn't go the way you like, just wait until the time of action appears by itself :) Cheers, Gabrielle
